How do I start my fundraiser?
After you contact me, I will provide you with a Fundraising Agreement Form. Just fill it out and email or mail it to me. After I receive the form, I will contact you to get the "fire started"! We will work together to personally customize your fundraiser by selecting the products and scents your group would like to sell. After we have all the specifics (dates/products/scents), I will prepare and ship all your fundraising materials to you. Once you receive your materials you are ready to get started raising money for your group.
Can any size group hold a candle fundraiser?
Sure! Anyone that needs to raise money can hold this kind of fundraiser - no group is too big or too small!
Does my group have to be a non-profit group to hold a candle fundraiser?
No! Any group or individual that needs to raise money for a worthy cause can use a candle fundraiser to reach their goals.
Are there any start-up fees with your fundraisers?
No! I will supply everything you need to hold a successful fundraiser for your organization. There are NO out-of-pocket expenses and you receive your profit immediately! Your group will be collecting the money for the products sold as they go. When it is time to close your fundraiser, you will simply keep your group's profits and pay Candle Fundraisers By Mia Bella the balance.
What supplies do I receive?
After we customize your fundraiser, I will send you brochures, a scent description list, and an informational memo for each participant. I will also provide you with a master order form, and an instruction page on how to total your fundraiser.
Does our group have to purchase the products and then sell them?
No! This candle fundraiser is based on pre-selling the products. Your participants sell from a custom designed order brochure, collect the money at the time of the sale. Your group coordinator then collects all the money and order forms, tallies everything on the master form. You only pay for the products you order based on the orders and money you have collected.
When do I pay for my order?
Your participants make their payments for the products directly to your organization. When the fundraiser is over, you tally your profit and deduct it from the total collected. You then send the remaining amount to Candle Fundraisers By Mia Bella.
How long will it take to get my products?
Your orders will be shipped within 14 business days after payment is received. Shipments normally are shipped via UPS directly to your organization unless you are local to my area. If you are in my local area, I will deliver the candles directly to you.
